- Welcome address by Chairman, IGS MC
- Confirmation of Minutes of AGM held on June 13, 2009
- Report of activities by the Honorary Secretary
- Report by the Treasurer
- Passing of Accounts for the F.Y. 2009 – 10
- Appointment of Auditors and Decision on Auditors fee
- Up-date on IGC-2010 by Mr. S. P. Bagli, Chairman, Organizing Committee.
- Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
